You can request deletion of your Dealer AI Visibility account and personal information at any time.
How to request deletion
Email hello@dealeraivisibility.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line Data deletion request and include the name of your dealership, if applicable.
What happens next
We will verify that you control the account, delete or anonymize the associated personal information from our active systems, and confirm completion by email. We generally complete verified requests within 30 days.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document that a deletion request was completed. Public dealership scan results concern publicly available business information and may be retained in anonymized form.
