Dealer AI Visibility is operated by Dealer Growth Hackers. This policy explains the information collected when you scan a dealership website, view a report, or request follow-up.
Information we collect
A scan may include the dealership name, public website URL, optional competitor URL, approximate city derived from the request, scan results, and technical request information such as IP address, browser, and referral source. If you request follow-up, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, and dealership.
How we use it
We use the information to run and improve the scan, produce shareable reports, prevent abuse, respond to requests, measure product performance, and understand dealership AI visibility trends. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, queues, and audit storage; Supabase for baseline scan processing and report storage; Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement; and website crawling services needed to analyze public pages. When the live Answer Audit is active, public dealership names, locations, website URLs, and retail questions may be sent to OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and Anthropic to record their current public-web answers. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
Public reports
Scan reports are accessible to anyone with the report link and describe public dealership website signals. Do not submit private customer, employee, financial, or dealership-system information.
Retention and choices
We retain scan and inquiry data as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You may request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out by emailing hello@dealeraivisibility.com.
